Ecozyp Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Ecozyp products. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unwashed
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Opened outer packaging or boxes are accepted, but the product itself must remain unused
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, used food-storage products cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used Ecozyp products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, approved returns may be processed as either 110% store credit to your Ecozyp account or a full refund to the original payment method upon request. If you would prefer a refund instead of store credit, please let us know when starting your return.

Store credit issued in connection with an approved return is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may only be redeemed through the original customer account under which it was issued.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds or store credit apply only to the eligible returned item(s)
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once your return is received

Return Limits

To help prevent misuse of our return policy:

  • Returns are limited to one return per customer/account every 90 days
  • Store credit issued in connection with an approved return expires 6 months after the date it is issued, unless required otherwise by applicable law
  • We reserve the right to deny returns, refuse store credit, or limit service if we detect unusual activity or a pattern of abuse

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@ecozyp.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will make it right with either a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs in these cases.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email support@ecozyp.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return
  • The reason for the return (optional)
  • Whether you would prefer store credit or a full refund

Purchases from Other Retailers

This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from ecozyp.com. If you purchased an Ecozyp product from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly regarding their return policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
