Shipping Rates

Canada
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $29 CAD within Canada. Orders under $29 CAD are charged a flat shipping rate of $4.99 CAD.

United States
At this time, we do not offer free shipping for U.S. orders. A flat shipping rate of $6.99 CAD applies to all U.S. orders.

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

Canada: Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days after your order has shipped.
United States: Estimated delivery times are 7–14 business days after your order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak shipping periods.

Tracking Information

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

We currently ship within Canada and the United States.

Delays & Service Interruptions

While we do our best to deliver your order on time, Ecozyp is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Ecozyp is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Ecozyp is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
